77 Wheatland Street – Somerville, MA 02145
(Apr. 2006-Sep. 2006):
77 Wheatland Street was a complete gut
rehab of an old 3000 square foot 3-family
in Somerville. In order to keep each unit identical, we worked on one
unit at a time. Each one features brand new walls, ceilings, floors,
electrical and plumbing. The kitchens all have brand new cherry cabinets,
stainless steel appliances and Formica countertops. The exterior of the
house has been completely renovated with new paint, windows, doors and
shingles (where necessary). In addition to that, we built a 3-decker
rear porch for each unit, which is accessed from the master bedroom.
We’ve also completed the landscaping and
a new driveway.
209-211 Boston Avenue – Medford, MA 02150
(Feb. 2006-Apr. 2006):
This property was a 3500 square foot
2-family home on the Medford/Somerville line. We did a complete exterior
remodel including new paint, windows and doors. The kitchens and baths
were all gutted and remodeled with new vanities, countertops and stainless
steel appliances. All electrical and plumbing were updated to meet
code. Floors were then refinished to give the expansive rooms a gleaming,
attractive look. Currently we have sold unit #1 with no realtor and
we’re renting unit #2.
114 Broadway – Somerville, MA (Jul. 2005-Feb.
2006):
This property is a commercial building
that we purchased and renovated into an 11-unit office park with a
conference room, kitchenette and a brand new brick and glass storefront.
The front façade was completed in accordance with the City of
Somerville Storefront Improvement Program. We completely gutted the
existing building and repaired all structural problems while re-framing
the entire interior and installing all new ceilings, walls, floors,
electrical, plumbing and central air. Each individual office was built
with phone, internet and cable access as well as being painted and
finished to some tenant’s requests.
Real Estate Office, Chelsea
Completely remodeled a real estate office
along with 2 apartment complexes in a 3-floor building on Broadway
in Chelsea. Work on the real estate office included the creating of
an additional 600 square feet of space, brand new bathrooms, tile floors,
new walls and fresh paint. Because the space was inaccessible by heavy
equipment, all work was done by hand.
14 Wheeler Street – Somerville, MA (Feb.
2004-Dec. 2005):
This property was a two-family on a large
lot in Somerville that was converted into 3 high-end condo units. We
installed all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, new kitchens
and new bathrooms, built a dormer on the 3rd floor consisting of 50%
roof-space, and provided a second means of egress consisting of 3-story
porch and stairs. We met all open-space requirements and also all parking
requirements set by the City of Somerville. We installed fire panels
and sprinkler system along with fire alarms that were required. Interior
was done using existing molding and some built-to-match custom molding.
In addition, we added a finished basement for 1st floor condo to add
to the living space.
